In order to process your order, we required all Omega2 backers to complete an online survey form.
The form allowed you to:
- Select customizations available for your selected tiers
- Order additional items
- Set your shipping address
- Provide payment information for shipping fees and any extra items
Without completion of the survey form we did not know which items you wanted or where to ship them!
The survey is now closed.
If you would still like your items, please create a ticket referencing the following information:
- Whether you pledged on Kickstarter or Indiegogo
- Your Backer Number/Pledge ID
- The email associated with your crowdfuning pledge
